I was so lucky to have found Matt. I first called Matt needing a consult and I received way more than a consult surprisingly. Mr. Bryant defended a claim against one of our real estate holdings. This required knowledge of both ada law and insurance. He started by reviewing our insurance policies and requiring the insurance company to acknowledge coverage. Next he reviewed our lease and transferred responsibility to the tenant. At the same time he provided information to the tenant attorney so that an acceptable settlement could be reached. Ultimately we were released from the claim with no expenditure. He was highly professional and I would recommend.
